Discover the world-famous clipper ship, the Cutty Sark, and enjoy family crafts this Easter. Make your own animal hide and seek picture and discover the ship’s past as you explore. Meet the crew, explore the deck and learn about the history of the ship.

Described as the ‘ultimate safari’, dinosaur enthusiasts should head to Greenwich Peninsula (near the O2 Arena) for Dinosaurs in the Wild. New this year, Easter is the perfect time to visit Time Base 67 and see dinosaurs up close like never before. Aspiring paleontologists can see everything from babies hatching to dinosaur autopsies, so there'll be something for everyone to enjoy.

National Trust Easter Egg Hunts

Explore National Trust gardens and manor houses with Cadbury Easter Egg Hunts. Visit Red House in Bexleyheath and spot famous patterns in the garden to win a prize.

A little further afield are Eastbury Manor House in Barking and Rainham Hall. Relive history as you explore a Tudor gentry house, largely untouched since the 1500s, or be inspired by a 1950's exhibition.

Enjoy an action-packed day crafting bunny ears, sampling Easter treats and playing card games at the first ever Peter Rabbit Easter Festival. Hosted at the world-famous botanical gardens at Kew, there’s plenty to explore for all the family. Celebrate Beatrix Potter’s characters and treat yourself with a delicious Easter menu.

Kew Gardens is a little further afield than some other London attractions, but there's no shortage of things to do from visiting glasshouses to walking a log trail or discovering the secret life of bees.
