Set across 30 acres on a gentle hillside, the Bridlington Club site is an ideal location for a family holiday with plenty to do to suit every taste. There are some beautiful walks and cycle routes to explore, as well as easily reachable attractions in the surrounding areas.
*Please note we are upgrading our Wi-Fi service, which means there is currently no Wi-Fi available in the accommodation. However FREE Wi-Fi will be available via a hotspot (near to reception areas) which you can access at any time.
Walk to Flamborough Head with its spectacular 400 feet high chalk cliffs, take in the imposing lighthouse and visit the fabulous Dane’s Dyke beach to the south with its striking white pebbles and rock pools, and North Landing to the north. Whether you're an experienced walker or just fancy a stroll. Find a route to suit your needs here.
There are plenty of cycle routes starting from Bridlington itself, or from the pretty, picturesque villages of Flamborough, Sewerby and Burton Agnes. You can find them here.
Head to the old town of Bridlington and seek out Bridlington Priory Church and see where the Dad's Army film was set. If you're after a bit of entertainment, don’t miss Bridlington Spa Theatre.
Any history fans should check out Bridlington Harbour Heritage Museum with its collection of nautical artefacts, historic photographs and models, all telling a fascinating story.
You'll find lots of warm, welcoming pubs located near to the campsite like The Rose and Crown in the centre of Flamborough, most of which welcome dogs in too. If you're after a traditional inn with log fires, check out The Ship Inn for some comfort food and real ales.
And of course you'll be spoilt for choice as there's plenty of fish and chip eateries for you to indulge in, using fresh locally caught produce.
An absolute must would be a visit to the RSPB reserve at Bempton to see puffins and other wildlife in their natural habitat. There are self-guided trails as well as organised events and activities for all ages. Head to the seaside town of Filey, with its beautiful golden sands that stretch for 5 miles and plenty of rock pools to explore.
Another seaside town that's within easy reach is the popular seaside resort of Scarborough. Visit the 12th century Scarborough Castle, take the Victorian Central Tramway from the town centre to the harbour, marvel at the Peasholm Park Japanese gardens behind North Bay or just simply enjoy the sandy beach!
For the more adventurous, check out Bay Watersports where you can discover the North Yorkshire coastline and try you hand at coasteering, paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing.
